I liked mine and found it very valuable. But then again....i really enjoy learning.
This question comes up a lot on here and the general consensus from those that dont have it are that you don't need one of your career is doing well amd you want to follow the same path.
Those that have one talk about how their mba gave them more well rounded skills, the ability to talk to leaders from other areas, the ability to be thought of as something more that a consultant that focuses on more than one area and a greater ability to work in fields outside of your area post consulting.
Also people talk about the network too
Thanks Slalom. How long into your career did you do yours? As I understand it, the value of it is mostly networking and resume branding, with the content learned being secondary.
I wonder if a switch to industry would be facilitated by having an EMBA, or would provide me with options I'd otherwise not have
