How much of Littler and Ogletree’s work is EPLI/ Insurance? My understanding is that JL is mostly insurance

Littler is roughly 25% EPLI work.

like

Overall OD is less than 20 percent, and that’s by conscious design over the past 15 years

like

For Ogletree, it depends on the market.

Great office, not EPLI heavy, to my knowledge.

like

Littler id say is 10-15% in my market. Many associates never do EPL

Best consulting companies for Healthcare related projects ?

Today I finally took the day off for my mental health. This year, I lost my childhood dog of 16 years, am planning my wedding in the time of corona, and dealing with an emotional/verbally abusive parent. Was traveling coast to coast weekly before quarantine set in and never took time to grieve or process things. And since WFH it’s been 60 hour weeks and some weekends working. Today after some hurtful comments from my dad, it hit me like a ton of bricks. Glad I took this day to reset.

Boss has WFH for 9months. I have been WFH for 2-weeks for travel quarantine/state guidelines. She now requires that I go back to the office to “show face” that HR is right alongside the essential employees. I have been more productive from home vs the office. I get the perspective of team unity, but is it wrong to feel there is no reason to risk my health? The company justifies increasing my covid risk (high-risk already) to “show face”, when my job is being fulfilled while WFH. Am I crazy?
