I see data scientist, senior, and principal lvls at McK and I'm not sure how quickly people are promoted there. And what's the comp range for each level? I see 100k, 130k, 200k respectively in Glassdoor but not sure if that's true.

Is there any point/benefit in switching to new tax regime provided the CTC is 34 LPA and fixed is 31LPA? Or should I continue with old regime?

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

Guys , I had cleared all rounds of legato and even hr discussion was done. They made me wait for 1 week and have sent mail that they are not able to meet my expectations and hence unable to proceed further.

Hi fishes!.. I am a Test engineer in a mindtree pvt. ltd. Mindtree gives me the project of cisco which is based on the Networking(switch testing). I didn't have much experience in networking or I don't like the Networking testing. I have one year of experience in automation testing with Selenium java WebDriver, TestNG, cucumber bdd framework. I am comfortable in these things not in networking. I talked to my HR and Manger for changing the project but the didn't change.
