Would like to understand further, you've just joined the organization, trained a bit and would like to switch?

Your pay?

like

I have 6 yoe in Accounts payable as a end user. now i am learning sap fico. my current package is 3.50lpa.

Ah that way, based on your current CTC, I think 7-9 is a good ballpark.

But if you get an offer, take it, and then you can work and it shows up as experience.

Thx..r u aconsultant??

Is it ethical for an old job to reach out to you because they’re being audited and want specifics on a case that’s 2 years old? I left this job awhile ago and they can’t find something I did two years ago so now they want to know where it is. I don’t even remember this case since it was so long ago.

I just hear everyone obsessed with rankings but tbh in 10 years, outside say Harvard, they will have changed. My Alma mater undergrad was a top 20 school that has fallen for example. I chose it because it was the best in my local area but who cares given i don't live in that geographic local anymore.

Other schools that I didn't even consider have risen up.

Hi! I'm a seasoned benefits nerd 🤓 with a little bit of compensation experience (less than a year, my current role has thrown me into the thick of it and I'm doing my best lol).

I also enjoy working on cross-functional projects, but I don't care for Employee Relations.

I'm open to remote, or Hybrid roles (Florida). I took a slight pay cut when I moved to this job and that is not something I wish to do again at this time. (Looking for a base of at least 95k)
