Hello! I need some insight here. I was part of a massive layoff 2 months ago. I accepted an offer and have been working at my current job for a week. I forgot to withdraw for another application and I was just contacted yesterday by FIS Global with an offer. I’m not sure what to do. FIS Global has slightly better benefits but I’m scared about the job stability. It’s what worries me the most.

6 months for the guy?? This world has become absurd
Because spending time with the baby is only one portion of the purpose for maternity leave. The woman needs more time because her body and mind are recovering.
As a woman, I think it's perfectly acceptable for men and women to receive the same amount of leave.
👆🏽why should the guy get less. Both parents should be afforded time to connect with their new child, get out of the 1950s. 6 months seems like a little much, but if banks want employees to stay long term they need to afford employees time to grow personally and not just professionally.
But then guy can help the woman as she recovers. Make her life easier
BAML is the only bank that does that. Major props to them
BofA as a company adopted the policy(3mo paid/3 unpaid)....can't treat the bankers any different....the guy will 100pct get screwed on bonus however
