Hi Accenture folks, I wanted to know how many years does it take for a level 10 employee to get promoted to level 9. Is it the no. of years as level 10 or the overall YOE thats is used to decide the promotion. Other than these two factors I am sure even performance plays an imp role in promotion? I am asking this because accenture has offered me level 10 and my YOE is 2.4 years. So for a person like me to get promoted to level 9, what are the factors they will consider? Accenture

How are you handling the discussion around inflation and pay raises right now? I’d like to start exploring IVF and it’s too expensive to consider on my current salary. I got a 3.5% raise this year and was told we’re not accounting for inflation/reminded that our bonuses are high. Yes bonuses are high but taxed higher as well.

It’s a shame to have to consider leaving my current employer just to get paid enough instead of essentially taking a paycut.

Is there any way to secure a pay raise besides threatening to leave for a better offer? I tried to talk to my manager and he said “maybe at this time next year”, but suddenly after giving my notice the raise became possible now. I just feel bitter and want to leave anyways.

Base: 150k
Bonus: 24k (16%)
RSU: 25k / year for 3 years

Offered TC: 180k
YOE: 3

I initially thought TC was 199k, but it’s actually 180k. Should I say something like “I was expecting 220. Is there anything you can do like a sign on bonus/raise base a bit to help get to 220?” To see if they can bump it up a bit?

I just don’t want to negotiate and get the offer rescinded.

I generally love where I work but got an amazing opportunity that also comes with a promotion and a much nicer compensation. I generally have a good wlb and enjoy the people I work with. Hi! I need some help negotiating a raise. I have been working for this company for exactly 3 months now, but I was hired as an AGM. I'm not specific on what my responsibilities are as AGM.
However the GM at the time, quit 1 and a half months in. I was thrown into the role and have been handling it since.
My regional calls himself our GM but is never on site.
Was reluctant to cover my shifts when I became sick and requested time off for a few days. (4 days)
