How much PTO do you typically take in a year? I've only been taking about 1.5-2 weeks and I'm starting to feel burnt out, but it doesn't seem like anyone on my team takes more!

I typically take 3-4 weeks of vacation in a year. I try not to take more because I feel like it would be too much, even if I get unlimited PTO, but about a month seems fair to me.

I typically take two weeks of vacation in the summer and a few days here and there throughout the year. I really enjoy spending time with my family and like to get away for a while during the summer.

I typically don't take any PTO. For some reason I like to work a lot, so it's not really something that's on my mind.

I typically take around 3-4 weeks of PTO in a year. I find that this amount allows me to recharge and come back refreshed, while still being able to accomplish my work goals. I think it's important to take enough time off so that you're not burned out, but not too much time so that you're falling behind on your work.

It depends on the company. I've worked for companies where people took 3-4 weeks and companies where people took 10 days. I think it just depends on what the culture is like.

Most people only take a week or two of vacation, but it really depends on your company and position. I would recommend talking to your boss about taking more time off, especially if you feel like you're burnt out. You may also want to consider using your PTO for days outside of the traditional vacation weeks. For example, I often take a day off to go to the beach or do something fun.

In most years, I take about 3-4 weeks of vacation time. However, I am thinking about taking more time this year to relax and rejuvenate.

In the US I felt guilty for taking 2 weeks and ya, it was never enough. Then I moved to Europe and get 7 weeks PTO. I am WAY happier for it. I don't feel like I live to work any more.

I'm in the UK. We get 5 weeks paid leave and can buy another week. We also get 8 days public holiday so I don't usually buy the extra. I usually take 2 weeks off in the summer, 2 weeks off at Christmas, 1 week at Easter and the rest scattered through the year depending on the kids half-term school holidays

I'm really struggling. My company just furloughed some staff and I'm beating myself up about it.
