Has anyone successfully negotiated their contracts in the Big4? If so, how did you do it and how did it go? I’m an S1, will get my raise in October... BUT… The market is hot right now, and I can leave an make more— but I would like the opportunity to stay and them bargain with me to stay since we are short staffed. Coming back to D in October after LOA. During that LOA, I was approached by other firms, and received 3 offers. I do want to stay at D but if they cant match the offers I received, I will leave (offers include 30% increase and a promotion). How should I go about this? Do I contact my coach and let him know that I would like to stay but received different offers and I want to know if Deloitte can match them?
I work on two accounts. An account lead on another account left the agency for other opportunities & my boss wants me to take this position on as well. But, there is no raise or title change. #adlife

Hi fishes, I am currently a staff 3 at EY GDS and got confirmation on my promotion. I will be a S1 effective from october and i got the exceptional performer rating. But i have 3 YOE with 8 LPA and i received an indirect hint that my hike wont be good. Please let me know your thoughts? How much can i expect in terms (%) increment this year based on the promotion? Is that even dependent on the promotion? And should i look for other opportunities considering the YOE and current package?
Hi I am having some trouble on choosing between Deloitte and PwC for a 2022 winter internship. Some pros for Deloitte include being the largest firm, and the promotion to senior being 2 years opposed to 3 at PwC. Additionally, Deloitte offers a pension and has Deloitte university. The pros of PwC include a gym in the office and a younger work force. They also give me much less of a “corporate” feel and seem to offer more flexibility. I’m wondering if anyone could give me any advice on deciding?
Just found out I’m pregnant with my first (married). It’s a welcome surprise but was hoping to make manager summer of 2021. What should my move for promotion be? I’d be due in Nov, mid years are Dec.

Starting a discussion about a promotion and pu bump. I have done was asked by my old boss and had an underperforming direct report. I still accomplished my tasks and helped our corporate team particularly with data analysis for most of last year, and working with a new boss. My new boss seems hesitant about promoting another person in my team. How can I make a strong case without making the aforementioned barriers seems like excuses?

Looking to see what type of self help others find actually beneficial and would love to use that to help others stuck in burn out too
