Hi Fishes, in my HR negotiation at Infosys(Bangalore) the hr has offered me only 14.7 where my current ctc is 8.6. I am Mainframe professional with 8.5 yoe. Initially I told them that it will be very less and asked for 22 lpa. Then he told me they will drop my candidature if I am not okay with the package they have offered. What should I do ?? I had taken some time to confirm. Please help

Now a days how people will get that number of offers and huge number of packages in IT industry. I am looking for a job change and trying to apply from last 2 months. After my current package discussion with HR, they are not came back and not scheduling any interviews.
