I have joined PwC AC in Advisory practice in Dec (Around 45days back) . I've not got the project yet and still on bench. I connected with deployer and Coach 2-3 times, they said they are in process of allocating. What should I do now? Is it something to worry about?
How my performance will be evaluated and appraisal will be affected?
Will I miss bonus (Variable pay which was verbally promised by HR)?

I’m Interviewing for a promotion tomorrow and I am wondering what a typical pay increase is for a move from agent to SME for a large tech company in Austin. Everything I am reading is based on stats from 2019 or 2020. I know how much people have gotten in the past for the same move at my company and in the event that they offer me something similar I am wondering if it would be acceptable for me to negotiate for more due to inflation? And how much more would be acceptable? TY in advance!

I got an offer from a top 5 bank with the following details.

92k base salary
10% target annual bonus
No signing bonus

I am going to counter with 100k and 8k signing bonus and provide them with my reasoning. The salary range on the job posting is 84k - 99k - 109k. Is 8k more insulting? Should I ask for 102k? The recruiter told me they are targeting low 90s when we first started talking, fyi. I also heard this company doesn't do signing bonuses so we will see about that.
