Hi fishes! I had asked for benefits other than CTC which Bank of America provides & now that I've completed 1 month here, here's the list of allowances you'll be getting irrespective of position/band:
1. Sodexo: 1300 p.m./ 15,600 p.a.
2. Transport allowance: 900 one way, 1800 two ways p.m./ 21,600 p.a.
3. Internet: 1500 max p.m. (other than that, one time installation charges)
4. Tuition fee: Any certification related to your field. Like CFA, FRM etc. 3,00,000 p.a.

My current CTC 13 lpa/8 YOE, Python developer. Im selected for TCS, i told expected 25 lpa, she told we can give max 19 lpa, i told i have to think, she cut call, next day she told to join call to take screenshot with ID. They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.

Just now I have received offer letter of 11 Lpa . I haven't received any HR call for salary discussion anything, just they sent the offer letter on Portal. Do they change it , if I call them and negotiate it?
By the way , how is this possible to send directly an offer letter , without having discussion.
The HR at Accenture is non-existent. If you try to contact HR at Accenture, you’ll get to know there’s no human touch. It’s so difficult to get hold of an HR at Accenture that you’ll finally give up and look for other companies for offers. Even if you accept the offer, your journey leading to your joining is going to be tough. It’s that difficult to communicate with HR in Accenture.
Re: your offer - they have lowballed you. How much is the variable pay in the CTC you mentioned? Also, hope it doesn’t consist of any joining bonus.
Anywhere between 12-14 is good.
Around 20-22 LPA
A bit far fetched, but that’s how Accenture plays with candidates’ minds. And it’s a trap. Your fixed CTC will only be 13-14 LPA. Rest all will be the variable pay and joining bonus. The variable pay would be at least 24-25% of your CTC. And, the actual payout will not even be 10% of it.
Rest will be joining bonus. If your skills are niche, you can expect 4-5 lacs of joining bonus, with a condition of returning full amount should you decide to leave within a year of joining. The problem is, when you get the JB payout, you get the amount after deducting the income tax, but when you need to return it (if the need arises), you’ll have to return full amount, so you end up returning more than what you received.
The work culture in Accenture is horrible. You’ll just wait there until you finish a year at Accenture just to avoid having to pay enormous amount of JB. And after a year when you start looking out, you’ll get frustrated to find good opportunities due to ridiculous notice period of 3 months at Accenture.
The bottom line is: steer clear of this company if possible.

In My current company:
CTC :802603 Lpa
Variable is of around : 60k
In Accenture they are offering as :
CTC : 11.6LPA
Fixed : 9.6 lpa
Variable is of : 2 lakh
Try to renegotiate. 11.6 including variable is quite less according to market standards.
Also, try to look for other companies during notice period. Minimum 13 fixed is easily achievable.
