Infosys hey fishes , kindly help me on this. I had my salary discussion 3 weeks back with infosys HR offered 50% +1.2L joining + pwfh. I have requested for 60% +1.2L joining bonus + pwfh and hr told me She will send for approval to see and she said it might take a week Max to get back. But it's been 3 week I got a call from hiring hr for screenshoot interview. Upon checking my approval for 60% is still waiting to be approved. Any idea what's happening. How long can I wait ?

Completed all interview rounds and salary discussion was completed, also joining form is submitted in discover portal, however even after close to a month now I haven’t received the offer , the update from HR few weeks was “it would come by today “, but still haven’t received OL and HR refuses to answer the call, please advice next steps other than trying other companies.HCL Technologies

4. Knowledge of DevOps toolsets
5. Competing offers for cross leverage
For 9 YoE you can target a base package between 15 and 30 and TC between 30 and 45.
It's a simple rule of thumb in IT.
Always multiply by 2 with your YoE and that should be your minimum package.
In your case 9*2 =18
The above should be minimum not just for testing but for any domain.
Now if we add few variables like skill set, Certifications, Exp in various firms, role is in demand today in the market etc., then multiply by 3,4 etc.,
I'm your case 9*3 or 9*4 depending based on above conditions.
YOE *3/4 =27 to 36 Lpa

Brother salary kch kch particular number nahi hta. Upskill krte rho or package lete rho. If you will not up skill yourself and will keep yourself comfortable in a particular domain in testing than you cant grow financially and professionally.
