I have offer from Jet2 Travels and Technology and Kipi bi. Both are lead roles for Snowflake and Pune location. Salary is also same.
Jet2 on one hand is budding and is a captive center with around 100 employees and very less in Data. Kipi bi is also smaller but governed by Apisero.
Need advice on which one you would have chosen and do you have any actual feedback for these 2 companies

Currently i am holding opportunity of 8 LPA in mid scale company , got selected in tcs and infosys also but tcs clearley mention they will not deal with such things like counter offer, so how to approch with infosys did they consider counter offer?

I get around 2 L per month in hand and have 4.5 years of experience, tech stack - java backend.
I had 4 years of experience in support role and recently switched to a dev role in a product based company.
I am in a big dilemma whether I should go for masters in UK in September 2023 or not. I am married and the salary is good here but I feel like I lack knowledge.

I will be losing on a lot of bonus if I join Cognizant. Should I negotiate on my CTC adding my bonus in my base salary or ask them to compensate for the lost bonus as joining bonus

I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I know it will initially be a step back in comp but is it at all realistic for a person with certificate level experience in data analysis but a decent marketing management background to expect $150-200k comp or is that mostly for degreed candidates (or not realistic at all)?
