currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

100k, with $7.5k sign on bonus. I’d be paid hourly with opportunity for OT for the first 3-6 months as inside sales while I learn the product and then transition into outside sales at 120k base

I don’t have many years of of experience on paper (graduated college 5 years ago) but I constantly get told that I operate at a level far above my title. Thoughts on transitioning from a copywriting role to medical? I started as an HCP copywriter after getting my PhD. It feels like I’m wearing two hats and also serving as the medical lead for my team.
