How much should an L2 engineer with over 4 years of experience working for an MSP be making in NY metropolitan area? I am jack of all trades working on ESXi, Windows Servers, firewall, switches. I do have a couple of CompTIA certs. I am making somewhere around 90k and I feel I am underpaid. In the last four years I haven’t really went out to interview and get offers as I kind of like my current job. However, I feel as I am leaving money on the table, which I shouldn’t be.

Should I consider offer from Harman Connected Services or Lululemon which is startup ? Both are from Bangalore and are paying 50+ lpa.

I was just offered a position as a Senior Flutter Developer for $114,400/year at a pretty big company. I’m currently a Software Engineer II at a crypto startup making $105,000/year. I’ve never used flutter at a company but I founded a tech startup where our apps were built using the flutter framework and it’s my strongest skill set. However, I don’t know what is a good/bad salary for a senior flutter developer at a legitimate/big company but $114,000 seems kind of low. Any opinions?

I manage a small team of analysts who service the Helpdesk for a product that helps banks/ hedge funds do their regulatory reporting. I've been doing research and l've been seeing salaries ranging from 65k to 130k. I offer an MBA and a year of experience as the client service manager. What would you say is fair compensation for this role and my experience?
