How much should I ask for 10.2 years Data Science profile in Amazon Web Services . Current Base 42L

I am thinking about applying at Amazon or other FAANG companies. Currently working at one of the largest CPG organizations. I am at mid 30 and kind of bored in CPG. The culture is very laid back. Never worked in tech but at this point kind of inclined towards some type of non-tech program manager role in Amazon. Did anyone moved from CPG to tech, specifically at Amazon?

I say I left my firm because of pay, but I left it because of how black the place made me feel…( think confusing me with the only other black woman). I have been practicing for a little over 6 years and I’ve felt this way throughout my legal career.
