Interviewed for 2 jobs I am highly interested in. One offered the job already, but the other one hasn’t made a decision yet but should this week. Was poking around at the salary ranges for my position and it seems I am vastly being underpaid. I don’t even know where I would begin to start this conversation with my boss or HR. Hello, I just had to vent a little and maybe ask for your opinion. So I’ve been working at my job for four years now and I’ve never gotten a promotion. On top of this, I do extra duties that my coworkers don’t do and struggle with the work load. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of and am not sure what to do. I feel like going to my boss and refusing to continue to do these extra tasks without extra compensation. Am I being a baby about this?

I have accepted an offer of 130k + 20% bonus and RSUs worth 150k.
Today, I got another offer from a startup of 160k base pay and stock options worth 440 k.

Has anyone negotiated an offer after accepting? I am supposed to join them next week.

Vesting period is 4 years with one year cliff and each quarter after a year.
