i understand your point. But as working IT industry we don't want to worry about bonus and hike. If we really need more salary we can switch companies. But mostly IT people required WLB. Hope that HCL can provide this WLB and also they providing high insurance plan.
25+ should be your minimum ask.
General rule of thumb is yoe *4 for package.
So ideally you should be looking for a 30+ package.
