Suit Supply. $5-600

likefunny

Go to Nordstrom and buy a suit for $250-400. Get it altered for another $100. Buy at least two suits, 2-3 pairs of pants, and maybe a sports blazer or two

Is that eve possible? Lol

Budget $1000 for tailoring and good quality suit

SuSu quality not so good compared to other brands at the same price point

Depends on how many suits you are looking to buy/need. I recommend you have three “nice” suits that aren’t too expensive (I like indochino but that just my opinion and There is no suit supply in Boston). These are your normal threads. Then i recommend getting one really nice suit, spoil yourself, but make sure it’s versatile. Something you can work to an important meeting (i.e. interview) or a wedding.

Pretty much brand new to snowboarding, took a lesson a few years ago but haven’t been much since then. Would love to get back into it, do I need to pay for lessons or can I just jump in and start falling/learning again? I was planning on going up after work during the week for a few days of night skiing and just jumping in. Just not sure if I’ll be frustrated by constantly falling/not improving. I don’t have anyone to go with me. TIA!

Hello! Are there any consultants here? How do you manage a good work/life balance with a family? I’m in a reasonably chill pharma r&d job now and am thinking of going into consulting to get into upper management later on, but I’m worried about the toll that it’ll take on my personal life. Much appreciated!
