Hey all, 3rd party recruiter reached out to me about a job. We had interview which I think went well. I did not give my salary expectations, but the recruiter provided the hiring budget.

After sending resume, I am now being asked my current income. Seems expectation is ~20-25% comp increase when you change companies. Effectively it would be a promotion, but the budget would be significantly more than 25%.

What are some strategies that can be implemented with a 4th grade student who’s on a 1.4-2.4reading level, according to the STAR test. This student just transferred in and he is very well spoken, has a large vocabulary(uses words that typical 4th grade students may not), and has a great creative imagination.
