My manager is making me work 16 hours a day. When I raise this concern, he told you are getting so much money still you are complaining. I didn't argued further.

I just want to ask you guys that 10 lpa is so much high or what?

And please recommend what should I say my boss in response?

Largely 1-manned these cases, use very little overhead beyond my assistant who I share with a partner. Feeling self-conscious, am I doing alright here??
