Hi everyone. I have opted in for sodexo meal card but I can see Sodexo encashment amount in payslip and meal card Balance in Zeta app is zero. Can anyone let me know what is the process to get money loaded in meal card?

Currently working tax at a Midsized firm, the largest in my city, and we have reached a tipping point where every additional resignation means more work for those left. The firm has only doubled down on old rhetoric demanding people back in office and 55 hrs min a week to get the work done.

This is my first white collar job, and I'm wondering if every firm is like this, if I should jump ship too, or if I'm being a stupid millennial.

Anyone here did or in the process of doing a PhD in Data Science related programs? Pure Data Science, Applied Statistics, Machine Learning...?
