Depends on the urgency!

Agree with F1...depends how quickly they need the role filled! I've seen it take a month and I've seen it take a week

Generally, if your join date isn't soon then they aren't rushing to file the paperwork.

Usually after clearing interview sessions, within 2–3 months you will get your confirmation letter that you are cleared and they will send you an email later around including the information about your initial learning program center held in Trivandrum/Chennai or other locations in India.

I just signed for a 100% raise and promo at another B4 and I don’t even fully comprehend how much that will affect my life yet but I am super ecstatic. I always saw posts about these seemingly out of reach salaries and I would get all sad like damn it’s gonna take me years to get there and then boom just like that I’m there. Unreal. I can’t wait to start.

Is 27 too old for senior consultant? I look around and most are manager by 28. This is a serious post. I’m happy with the promotion but looking around seems like most are younger.

Why am I still doing this...

Has anyone ever worked with / for Gartner ? I’ve got a call set up with a recruiter next week. SC level now

How much money is “enough” for you guys? I’ll go first - $2M/year from passive investments so that I can work on whatever I want or not work if I don’t want to.

For the people in your 20s who plan on retiring in your 30s, what are you doing to get there? 401k, investments, all of it. And, why did you choose those?

Flying without status is a humbling experience.

What are the most common pieces of feedback you all give to your juniors? I’m curious to hear what other managers tend to fixate on/see in juniors! Also for juniors, what are the most common pieces of feedback you receive?
