How much time do you get for a paper LBO during an PE interview? Also in which scenarios would you get a paper LBO vs a traditional full model during a PE interview?

I’m concerned that my latest job have been less than a year each on my resume but I’m at my wits end and need to start looking. Do you think I will be overlooked because of the length of time at each company?

Hi Guys. I have a second round interview with the Director of Marketing and IT Business Analyst. This is for a web designer position. Already answered the basic interview questions in the first round. What can I expect?

I completed technical interview round and they told I clear it and they are planning a managerial round before issuing offer letter.
During that call he asked my expected ctc and I mentioned 12-13 LPA. He told they are ok with it.

But after the call I did some research and understand they average pay for that role is 14LPA


Can I expect them asking again during managerial round or I have to agree with this 12-13 LPA

Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.

I cleared Accenture Tech round, and they have sent a mail asking to fill in EAF . Should I wait for HR discussion and then do it? One of my friends didnt have HR round for salary discussion. After Tech round, they directly sent offer letter. When he asked for HR discussion for salary negotiation, they said nothing can be done. Does this happen a lot in Accenture?

Federal Register confirms 2023’s 8.7% COL increase. Associate at Ogletree and my expected 2023 base salary will NOT reflect a full 8.7% increase from my 2022 salary. So I’ll effectively accept a pay cut IF I stay with OD in 2023. Also seems to mean my added yr of seniority/experience is effectively not accounted for in 2023’s salary.
