I have a qn, for any further switches, when HR asks my current CTC, would they offer hike based on my fixed pay in my organization or with total CTC.

I do have two offers

1. X - 9.6 fixed + 10% of X as variable
2. Y - 9.38 fixed and 22% variable

Considering I switch after next 1-2 years, may I know which would be better offer?
