Depends on the interviewer. Usually a week or two, assuming decent response times and no weird scheduling conflicts.

I feel like using star method in interviews in overrated. I stopped using STAR and finally started to get offers. It’s better to be genuine and let the conversation flow than to stick to a structure. Thoughts? Maybe I just got lucky.
