I’ve recently moved from Australia to SF Bay Area and I’m looking for a job in sustainability/ESG/consultancy. I’ve got a M.Environments, two Bachelors , 6 month certificate in data analytics and 5 years of non-environmental WE. I’m finding that my Australian qualifications aren’t getting me anywhere. I have an offer with CITI which I have signed and sent it back to them. And I have an interview scheduled with Luxoft next week. And my LWD is Oct 21. In case I clear my interview and get selected at luxoft and i am happy with the project that I am going to get, is it OK for me to communicate to CITI at the 11th hour that I won't be joining them.

Do I need to complete 3 years in LTI to get band P2 or after joining and after 6-7 months in LTI is my band going to change to P2 or I need to work 3 years to get P2..?
