Maybe caring isn't the right word. I just stopped stressing about the work, stopped caring about it being perfect, having award-winning ideas. I do my best, put out good quality. But I just don't fight any battles any more. I make the logo bigger. I change the background photo. I'm agreeable, friendly, great to work with but care more about going home at 5pm than making the work "award-winning".

Agreed with my boss I am to get a title bump (currently at M responsibilities) and asked me to come up with suggestions of the title I want. Manager FP&A is most traditional choice but what has traction in the market as a finance manager title since I have the freedom to choose? Strategic Finance Manager?

Working in the DC area. I’m eligible for TRICARE benefits as a military retiree. I’ve currently got the barebones insurance through my employer which effectively pays nothing before a massive annual deductible. Any thoughts or experiences about dropping employer-based insurance and going with TRICARE exclusively? I’m also in a geographic region where we can sign up for US Family Health Plan (TRICARE Prime-like coverage through civilian providers).

I wish they’d just put it in an email and save me the next 24 hrs of stressing but here we are.. any advice on questions, etc I should prepare before tomorrows meeting? Hi All, I am currently holding two offers in my hand one is Infosys as a Technology Analyst with 10.9 LPA which includes 10% variable and the other one is Mindtree as a Senior System Engineer with 12LPA fixed.
