2. They've started mentioning Bonus, Gratuity amount etc in offer letter
3. Work life balance depends on Project and managers you work with
4. Inside opportunities if you're the creamy layer
5. PF amount in offer letter is the total deduction and not just company's contri

I interviewed for an internal QA position. I had been regularly communicating with the Lead about the position for months. I thought the interview went well. It was w/ the QA Lead and the head of the department. I was sent rejection a week later. It’s disappointing. There was side conversation yesterday with another co-worker who ended up getting one of the two internal QA position. They made an interesting note that they were offered the job before the interview was finished. Am I overthinking?

About 6 months ago I began a paid internship as an electrical engineer. They recently gave me a notice that my internship ends at the end of August. I asked if there's something they could do to hire me on permanently. They tell me to apply to jobs on the website. I was told that internships only go for 1 year. Out of topic. Regarding insurance claim

I missed adding parents in health insurance for this financial year. my father cancer surgery happened and I spend 15 lakh from savings and debt. Their is further spends in next financial year April and May for chemotherapy & radiation.

If I add parent in health insurance in April ( next financial cycle) . Will I get claim ?? Since it is existing disease. Please help me out if anyone knows
