I have received an offer from EY GDS for X Lpa but when I connected with HR on call for an updated offer he told me that accept this and you will receive your updated offer letter for x+4lpa. Staff 4 has been restructured to Senior 1. By that means shouldn’t I have been promoted from staff 4 to senior 2 as I joined at staff 4 in Feb 2020 and my promotion was due?
Even staff 3 peers around me got promoted to senior 1. How is it fair???
