I'm pretty good at my job. I have to say that because what I'm asking could be skewed if I wasn't, but logically I know I am. Does anyone else have an intense fear of getting fired? I started my career at a toxic agency, and in my personal life I've watched so many of my friends struggle for months (sometimes years) to find a job. Many teachers in my district are being told things like If you dont turn in lesson plans, if your lesson plans aren right, if you do your data chart incorrectly ..... you will be terminated. This is not legal. Question is if you get terminated in one district can you go to another district in the middle of the year?

Any tips for floating teachers? I just never got the hang of it- I’d love some input!

Agree or disagree? A student with a 504 for an anxiety disorder should be required to go to some kind of counseling for coping strategies if mods are required in the classroom.

I am from a small state. Our case count will never break us out of the bottom quartile (probably never get above the bottom 5.) Does that mean I am not allowed to have an opinion?
