Got offer from TCS with 10.5lakh.Can I accept?
Is this good package?

But my manger found my performance well and thought of converting me in TCS payroll in just 5 months.. During HR round, Hr is providing me 25% hike on my CCTC, where I am getting 120%hike other companies... Do TCS accept counter offers? Do they match the counter offer?

Returned from maternity leave, I was offered a Revenue Operations Project Manager. I was given a 4% raise (next to nothing), I was asked to sign the paperwork upon my return which was strange. On day 1, got to know almost 4% raise was given to the entire company as compensation adjustment due to inflammation. Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. And even if I try to talk to him for something he is completely rude. Sometimes it makes me that I m completely useless. Even the other team members are following the lead
