A recruiter reached out for a different team on the client I am on (I am doing staff augmentation). They dont know I am doing work at the client. Are there any risks?

Looking to leave Big4 after I make manager this summer. I know the consensus is to not tell your team but I have a close relationship with manager and partners. They are planning staffing for next years audit. Should I be transparent or stay quiet? I’ve heard the team will start reducing hours and I might get thrown on crappy clients.
