I'm having the last loop interviews with Amazon for an analyst position, but I'm realizing that it might not be the right place for me, I'm currently working at hpe and have a good balance, 11+ YOE, I'm not sure if it's really worth the effort. Can someone tell me about what level sales ops analyst job might be? I looked for range salaries and it looks like it is 55k for Germany, so not really much of what I'm earning now.
I read bad comments about the culture and the workload balance.

At M, it's best if you can inform your team in advance and in my experience the team will work with you to make it happen
As for taking an entire day off - teams are usually reasonable, if you're sick and need to take a day off once in a while it's not an issue. Or if you have a one-off planned day off your team will work around it to make it happen (when possible)
1. As long as the random appointment isn’t during a key meeting. Also we are travelling more and more again so that will get harder. I got told to find dentists open on the weekend when I joined…..Also you’ll still have to finish your work. So it just means less sleep.
2. Random Tuesday? If you clear it in advance probably fine but you’ll still be expected to pump out a lot of stuff that week. So it won’t really feel like time off….
One off situations- possible.
Keep in mind you will have typical week averaging at ~60 - 65 hrs. M to F will be around 14 hrs and comparatively lighter Friday of 8 to 10 hrs
Totally depends on how you aligned with your EM and the type of the study. But as long as you are getting your work done stepping away for an appointment has never been an issue.
Don’t come here for WLB lol
