Might be a little much but you should be happy they’re spending time. Most counselors won’t dedicate as much time and more likely to ask what you’ve been doing at mid and end of year

I have a standing call every 2 weeks with my coachees. Whether or not they use it is up to them, but I’m always available.
Not going to lie, I would also think it’s a little much of my counselor wanted to meet with me every 3 weeks. I would definitely push back and request slightly less frequent meetings. I don’t think anything of significant value would always occur in that 3 week timeframe to warrant a discussion
Thanks M1 - literally how I feel. And obviously, if something significant does pop up, I can set up a quick session to debrief.
Lol I talk to mine right before promotion calls come around and thats it
I meet with mine every 3 weeks as well but we keep it brief. During promotion years you should meet more rather than just chill. It really depends on your level though and how productive the meetings are
Monthly. Cancelled one every three times
Are you talking personal therapist, or professional mentors? I probably chat about that frequently with my professional mentors. Maybe more often depending on the situation. It’s a real relationship.
That’s pretty normal tbh
Counselees should set the cadence, as it is for the counselee's benefit. If you think it is too much, reduce down. I have some counselees that want to meet every other week, and others once a month.
As a counselor, I meet with my counselees once or twice a feedback cycle. Its really up to you how often you want to speak with your counselor
Monthly
I talk to one of mine daily and the other one at least every other day. Formal time once a month.
