How often do you all have to explain what you do to your team / colleagues ?

I'm a full stack developer. More experienced in backend. Worked for 2 yrs on react. But my concern is, i'm only interested in coding part, i don't really want to do css. I know enough css to design any kind of layout but i don't want to advance my skills in css, i just want to focus on JS. But i think most companies expect from a full stack/frontend js dev to work on css too.
Asking considering my future, should i just focus on backend only? Or i continue as full stack with more focus on JS.

Is my comp fair for a I/O Psych Master’s degree? I came in with about 1.5 YoE and started as a HC Consultant at 85k with 3k bonus. My new comp after 6 mos is 91.6k (w/AIP it will be around 96k at the end of the year). After talking with a few new consultants who worked here as interns (2-3 years) and don’t have grad degrees they are making around $96k BEFORE the adjustment.

Shouldn’t my grad degree be worth more? Let me know if I’m over thinking it!

What are some companies that allow you to work outside of Canada remotely?

Thoughts on having a Junior PM remote? Once we are back in the office at a somewhat normal rate I’ll be interested to see how it pans out, but I know there are strong feelings on both sides about it.

I’m the only PM in my company. We work with custom automation in Michigan. I’m a recent graduate in mechanical engineering but I have 6+ in business and a degree on it. My question is, is 60k too little? Some of my friends are telling me that I was lowballed.
