What’s the salary of ITRA manager at EY in NYC?
KPMG I cleared all the rounds of my interview with KPMG and was asked to provide necessary documents and fill a CAF form a week back and had a HR discussion too. I have requested for about 3Lakhs additional fixed pay since my current CTC has increased and HR said she will get back on this. It's been a week and haven't heard back on the offer letter. How long do you think I should wait. Please wait.

...never got a raise without changing agencies
I am unfortunately the sucker who never asks for raises but here’s how they’ve raised me: (NY) (ACD) Y1: 125k - Y2:135k - Y3: 150k - (threatened to quit) Y4 (CD): 190k
Its been every two years and prob a 4% raise...
Never. Have to change agencies.
Have had to demand raises, jump around and get +20% when you can. Always Be Leaving
As soon as you tell them you’re quitting .
A raise? What"s that?
Current agency: Got a 12% raise 1.5 years in, then a 22% raise with a promo 3 years in. Previously: NEVER got a raise at any other agency, though I stayed a max of 1.5 years at the junior level.
Went several years without any but the last couple years I have gotten 3%. Happens In April.
I’ve gone from around $90 to $120 in about 6 years at the same spot. Didn’t have to ask, so that’s nice
Only got raises when changing employers, except this current one - 2% 4 months into the gig
I got irregularly escalating annual raises at my last agency. Went 42 -> 50 -> 70 -> 83 -> 95 and switched to my current role at a new company at 106. Negotiate hard or be willing to bail.
Usually about 3-5% every two years. But got 30% last time when I threatened to quit
Biggest bumps have come from switching an/or title jumps. In director+ roles McCann reviews on 18mo cycle. Received a 6% raise in my last review.
My agency is on about an 18month cycle and it’s typically 4 to 5%. That’s for general raises not necessarily promotions.
