Earlier i was hired to work on testing/automation but after joining training was never given on that and they took me in an internal project which i wasn't aware of. After working for more than a year i want to switch to testing, so I requested the same to a higher official. They said we can't switch you to testing as you don't have training but we can take you later on and give you training side by side with your current project. Should I believe them or switch the company. Please help PwC

Hi Fishers, I have accepted Walmart offer and my BGV has started 3 weeks ago. How do I check my BGV status? I will be joining in mid May. Also, I have been hiding one of the company where I had worked for 45 days and then absconded due to personal issues. Would it create any trouble? They had created my PF account though. Any help would be highly appreciated

9/10.
I don't understand young creatives need to present to clients. Enjoy not having to while you still can. Because eventually you'll be senior enough to present a lot and will see how idiotic and draining client presentations are.
11/10 - I do all of my own presenting, I present for my bosses sometimes, and I'm usually the primary facilitator when we do design workshops, which I also design the agenda and build the deck/collateral for.
Echoing other comments above - owning and giving presentations is like getting a driver's license as a kid: you really want it when you can't have it, and when you finally pass your test it's really exciting and empowering for a minute, and then you're tired and have all this extra shit to deal with and you'll be giving the kids rides for the rest of your life.

Last agency was 8/10. This new agency is like 1/10, it’s ridiculous. I hate not presenting anymore or selling work through and being forced to trust the account people to sell it through. 🙄 But our CD’s let it happen.
I woud consider sharing your work to your own management as a presentation exercise. Selling it in to your own team is a way to gauge reaction and learn how to roll with the punches, and you'll feel more prepared to address minute details and random comments clients throw at you when the time comes.
