Depends on how close do you live to the office, how is the company doing as a whole right now, how are your #s, and then what visibility do you have otherwise (are there virtual meetings with your manager, with the team, company wide).: Answer will depend on circumstance. For me right now, our company is having some challenges, so I’m trying to come into the office for key meetings more than usual vs just virtual and making sure when I do go in I’m seen not just by my direct manager but by senior managers. You don’t necessarily have to go in for long can be a quick lunch or stop in for 15 minutes, just time it right.
As long as your # are good once a week was standard for me ish..
If your boss isn't saying and your numbers are good then that's all you need to worry about.
If your numbers are good a d you are meeting all your requirements, Id be fine with it
Depends on the job. We go once a month usually for a general sales meeting and that’s it. We do teams and calls for communication.

Its just a vanity thing to be honest. Always good to be present to show management that you are willing to be around
