Never, I restart for updates and sleep otherwise
Whenever my skype doesn’t work. So, at least twice a day.
Only turn it off on Thursdays when I travel home. It’s like a mental thing, “packing up and turning work off until tomorrow.” Otherwise, I just close the lid or let it sleep on its own (after I lock it).
You don’t work when you get home on Thursday nights? Lucky
Except for mandatory reboots for updates, I haven't shut mine off since the first startup. Home computer has been running non stop for several years too
Always just close the lid and sleep. Unless something is wrong or a forced update then I’ll restart
I try to turn it off every night. Some of that is a holdover from working on secure computer systems.
