Approx schedule on weekdays...

9:00 to 17:00 - Work
17:00 to 19:00 - Helping peers and friends in technical stuff
19:00- 21:00 - Cooking , Gym , fresh-up
21:00- 21:30 - Dinner
21:30 - 23:30 - Learning , reading books & news, searching for home purchase etc…
23:30- 1:30 - calls from SO, family & friends..
Tired af , sleep until 8.30 , repeat 😒

When my mood is decent my job is great and I crush it, but it’s bad most of the time so I feel miserable. I can’t seem to get myself to leave though. Anyone else experience this?
