It’s going to change by the day/week and will depend on what you chose is best for you, your client, and your team. Several orgs are modeling what this will look like — the default will be remote for focused work and on site/in the office for collaboration and socializing/networking. Gone are the days where you travel Mon-Thur just because.. it needs to be purposeful.
firm? 100%, partner on your engagement? 10%
some clients wants to see a warm body with the billable hours. partners love the traveling life and will push traveling on their engagement. they may even push the client that travel is needed.

I am going to tell my boss (the CEO) that I am going into office 2x/week or as needed, and WFH/visit clients 3x/week
EY3 - the top 3 banks have said 50% capacity is as high as they will go. Also, they are expecting to have close to 30% of employees as permanent WFH. I think travel gigs will become a rare thing.
2 days, Saturday and Sunday

As many days as we aren’t required on client sites. Leadership has estimated 3 days in person and 2 days remote on average.

Our company is saying 3 days a week at our office or at clients. 2 days WFH if needed.
2-3 days WFH, maybe more.
Banks are def gonna require their employees back, whether or not they are gonna also require the consultants back is tbd
How do we know we are post pandemic?
So far, our guidance has been as long as you don’t have to work in a SCIF, and your work is predominantly head-down pumping out analysis, you can be at home. The only time you would need to come in would be for Client Meetings/presentations or other collaborative activities that are just better done in person. With my scope, I anticipate being in the office 2-3 days a month.
Apparently, nobody will have a permanent office going forward.
Granted, this could all change tomorrow.......
