Looking for referrals in healthcare consulting. Please let me know if your firm is hiring. I have been looking as well. Thanks!
Partners/Directors - Are any of you on H-1B and still waiting on your GC to be approved? Are there any upgrades or benefits compared to folks at the SM and below levels? Might be a dumb question but curious to understand the immigration aspect.
Looking for some guidance about a personal loan for wedding expenses. My fiancé and I are getting married in June and will probably need to take out a loan of about $15-20k to cover the expenses we can't out-of-pocket. Has anyone here done the same and if so, what lender did you use?
If one wants to buy a house in the next 1-2 years, is there a point in investing in pension (above the employer match)? The tax savings by doing so are quite attractive though one would not have liquid cash till retirement.
What would you do? If you like the company and people you work with, but you're underpaid and there is no budget for a raise. Little about me, I work for a tech company, for almost a year (healthcare) with 17 years of HR experience. I have one HR Gen reporting to me. I basically do everything from talent acquisition, employee retention, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, HRIS, compensation, benefits, contract negotiations, compliance, D&I, T&D, PEO, etc...
What are comp ranges for Project Leader and Principal positions for BCG digital? I have 13YOE, tech and healthcare. Trying to gauge level and comp to target
Looking for advice. Just started new job that allows Roth 401k. I have a previous traditional 401k worth about 50k and a Roth IRA worth about 40k. I’m 26 and make 150k total this year. My new company allows for mega backdoor to Roth IRA. Should I rollover my old 401k to an T-IRA or rollover to my new employer? How should I split my new contributions between traditional and Roth 401k? Should I mega backdoor after tax to my Roth IRA? Thanks in advance.

Hi All, I need some advice on a job offer. I have been offered a role in HR in London with a leading media and advertising company. The role seems great and challenging and something I really would want to do and the comp offer seems great on paper (£100k base plus pension and health care) What I find strange is they don't have any bonus at this role level. They say it's a pretty senior level(I know a £100k base in UK is a pretty senior role) but I am really doubting why no bonus? Any thoughts?
Hey I’m currently a S1 in EY audit. I’m looking to join a management consulting firm. A little background double major acg/finance, CPA, MSA degree, 3 years audit experience on large international public company and large healthcare client. Heavy investing background, lead senior for investments /debt/derivatives on both of my clients. Thanks!
Cerebral is hiring for remote RNs, the pay is basement while requiring 45 hour work weeks and only offering 1099 employment. Let me get this straight.. $30/hour, 45 hour work weeks, no benefits. That’ll be a hard pass.
Confused between Deloitte USI and Cognizant YOE: 3.4 Current role: Consultant/Lead BA CTC: 10.85 fixed +1.6 var Deloitte's offer: 14 fixed +10% var + 1.5 JB Role: Healthcare Consultant/BA Cognizant's offer: 18 fixed +1 var Same role Haven't yet talked to Deloitte about counter offer, curious how much will they counter this with. I wanna join Big4, but the difference in package is too much to just ignore. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
Considering leaving my job making about $147k total compensation for a contracting role paying $100/hr ($208k). I’m doing this for one year to get a better cash flow by giving up all my benefits before I get married. Is the trade off worth it?
Is 12 LPA a good salary for a software engineer after 2.9 years of experience? (Working in .NET and have exp in industrial software and healthcare) Pls note that the answer matters to me because I gave up MBA offers from Tier-2 colleges bcoz of this (like SCMHRD, IMI Delhi, TAPMI) ! Also pls note that I started in Wipro as a college recruit with a package around 3 LPA 🤭
Anyone else feel like they just can’t get by? My wife and I make about 155k combined and we are barely getting by with our mortgage and bills. We made a budget and everything seems to be necessary. Are prices of things going up that much? We barely eat out or spend lavishly.. Anyone else in the same predicament?
Hi! I need some advice. I got an offer from an agency and I currently work in industry. The offer I got is a little less than my current salary and they said I may be at risk for not getting the same merit raises as others since I’m already above the typical range for the position. I would be jumping down two position titles as well. However the benefits and culture would be a much better match for me as a young professional. Is the lower salary range normal for agency vs. industry? Thanks!
Maybe it’s burnout from a job where all the cool work benefits you could brag to your friends about are gone bc you wfh now and don’t have access to your cool office and now you work around the clock because there’s no separation between home and work and your agency has done next to nothing to help with that balance and you’ve billed more hours per week than you ever had and now your friends and family are starting to comment on your workload, health, and demeanor. Maybe it’s Maybelline ✨
