How old was your baby when you went back to full time travel? With my first it was 9mos and my boobs dried up quickly. Now that I’ve had my 2nd, I want to wait longer so I don’t risk ending bf’ing...

Curious why you dried up with the first! Were you diligent about pumping or not so much?

I have no idea - I used the freestyle with the first. I’ve been using the spectra at home and on my first business trip now, so I used the freestyle. Not getting nearly the yield as with the spectra...

I have PCOS, so getting pregnant has not been straightforward. We are about 6 months into trying and I am on some drugs to help. My husband basically blames me for not being pregnant yet and routinely says I am a ‘mess’ for not understanding my cycle, even though I am going by what the doctors tell me. I haven’t been stressed by having PCOS, but his constant remarks are really getting to me

A reminder to those who are stressed about your billable hours that your value is more than your pure productivity. To those stressed about relationships, relationships are hard even for non-lawyers, but you are absolutely worthy of love. My wife got a job that requires us to relocate to San Diego. We have never lived there and know little about the city. We are planning to rent. We stayed in a hotel in little Italy and really loved the vibe there, but it’s too expensive for us. Are there other neighborhoods with similar vibes - restaurants, bars, lively, good for walking, clean, safe, young, diverse and accessible that are more affordable? Please share recommendations. How much should we reasonably budget to rent a 2bd/2bath?

Brought in hydrangeas from my backyard. My poor baby :( I didn’t know. He’s ok! Just puked two times before I could make the connection. Send prayers 💔

Does anyone have a terminally ill partner/spouse with no immediate family to help care for them as they continually get worse? How do you manage to work (and travel) with so much on your mind?

Should I buy a condo/house or continue to rent for a couple more years if mortgage+interest+hoa+property tax will be lower than rent? I'm looking for something small. 2 bed + 1.5 bath min of 1000 sq. I still owe credit card and student loan balance of $80,000.

We were going to go on a hike and had a hotel booked for a night. Texted him 5 min before arrival and when i was there to pick him up. He hopped in the shower. I got annoyed that he did that because i communicated beforehand to be ready. He didnt like that and said that he thinks that i think my time is more important than his... he canceled the trip and we are not speaking because of this incident... Am i crazy or something?

I have offers from both United Health Group and Atlassian for a Senior Financial Analyst position. Similar Comp (Atlassian slightly higher due to stock options). Coming from another healthcare company as a SFA, does anyone have experience at either company? In the long term, does Atlassian look better on a resume/work experience due to the Tech/Software space? Seems like their culture is great, but a much higher work load due to the nature of the company. Thanks! Happy to answer DM's too

Is anyone living on different floors with ~1 year old? Does it work, PROs, CONs? Our master bedroom is upstairs. There are two bedrooms downstairs so I always thought we’d use one of those rooms as our bedroom so we’re on the same floor with baby but it seems husband wants to stay upstairs. And he’s using one of the rooms downstairs as a home office. We bought this house so cannot move in the short term.

I visited a friends that has a 1 year old baby. She asked me if I wanted to get a dog, and then asked me if I wanted to get a plant 😂. She said it was a good way to start carrying for something else and get experience for the future. I think this is hillarious I don’t see how a dog or a plant will fulfill my life. 😂
