I’m interviewing for a marketing manager role and after speaking with the hiring manger I’m being asked to do a written assignment. The assignment is creating 4 separate strategies around different areas. This will take quite a bit of work. 1-2 strategies seems reasonable but 4 seems like a lot. Hi everyone. Is it typical for the attorney to take credit for the work a paralegal does? An example: I gave some ideas about deposition questions and some observations I made (I was asked about giving suggestions) regarding a witness and the attorney mentioned that he’s the one that had these great questions/observations. Had my 401k in all VINIX last year, and it served me well. I rebalanced to 20% large cap, 20% mid cap, 20% small cap, 20% Int’l, and 20% bonds. The Int’l diversification is pulling me down significantly. Would you shift that 20% back to large cap or just say it will payoff later to diversify?
