How open is LinkedIn to negotiating comp , what are they most likely to budge on ? Any word on their WFH policy?

They released it yesterday. Basically seems like can do what you want (can fully remote) but somewhat team dependent.

You'll probably get more RSU than base, and I think that you get more negotiating power when you're sr level.

Okay I’m going to say it if hasn’t been said before: I want the option to go back to the office now. I get some of you have kids or prefer wfh but I can’t stand it. I hate being cramped up and some people also live with toxic family members. We should make it optional for those who want/need to come back
