How OpenText provides compensation? Is it some x% on top of current CTC or do they have average fixed amount based on role?

How do I stop dreaming about work?! I wake up exhausted since my mind is literally making decks or in meetings in my sleep. Either I’m too invested or burnt out or both, but it needs to stop.

I have been given new bosses 2x in 60-90 days. We now have 15 minute huddles every morning on bus dev activities. The newest boss who I now directly report is with us 5 weeks. The one before him that is with us for 90 days I reported to until 2 weeks ago. Yesterday at the 90 day guy disrespected me in front of the team in the huddle. I text him after & told him that. Should he apologize? He hasn't. It ruined my day.

I currently work in digital marketing and am thinking of trying to shift over to data analyst type role, but would need more education/experience. Would a certificate from Coursea/Google for their data analyst program be taken seriously? Or do I need to look into certificate programs at universities?

A new team was created soon with all new joiners.

It turned out that, no one underatands or knows anything about the tech stack for which they were hired(god knows how they cleared interview)!! Now i'm the only one doing all teams work !!
