Please help. My husband works in construction and has been for 20+ years. Would anyone of you kindly share your IVF protocols for low ovarian reserve diagnosis? I’ve had the following protocols. The first cycle went ok but not really responding to medications anymore. Cycle 1 - Gonal F 450, HCG, a Ganirelix, trigger shot Lupron and HCG. Cycle 2 - micro Lupron dosage, gonal F 450, and HCG. Tigger HCG ended up in IUI conversion. Third cycle went back to first cycle protocol doesn’t seem to be working well. AMH .3

Just had my first egg retrieval last week (35). 19 eggs were retrieved, 18 mature and fertilized. It’s day 3 and 14 are still growing. Should I assume another 50% drop off rates until they are blastocyst? I’m doing PGD also and know I will statistically lose a bunch at that point also. This week is torture, does anyone know how to speed up time????

Has anyone been through a missed miscarriage and got normal chromosome testing results back? Found out today that we were expecting a normal male embryo ☹️. I’m just at a complete loss. Heard and saw the heartbeat at 7 weeks and 10 days later no more heartbeat. Have had all normal bloodwork/HSG/seems like every test available.
