How quickly do people from ClearView get promoted? Is analyst —> EM really sub-4 years? Or is this just an extreme example

I mean if you are decent, then they will promote you .. a simple LinkedIn search will show a lot of people at CVHP who have done it in this timeframe or less.

Consulting firms are incentivized to promote quickly if the quality is there bc they can charge you out for more and the margins are better

like

Yes, A to EM in 4 years is indeed doable by being at least somewhat above average among your fellow CV staff at that title. Of course this means you have to be increasingly be better at each level, but there are no minimum time bands time for a title.

For context, there are multiple leadership members who were/are notably high performers that made it from A or C to Principal in 4 - 5 years.

26 year old principals?

like

Yes, when they first reached leadership those select high performers were in the mid-to-late 20s, starting at ClearView directly out of bachelors/masters/PhD. They are outliers certainly, but shared their trajectory/timeline to provide context on the potential for the performance-based rapid progression that strongly exists within firm.

When do partners decide when an associate is good enough to make partner? I’m a senior and it is extremely clear to me when an associate has it or doesn’t, and moreover it doesn’t take eight years to figure it out; it takes just one or two matters for me to know if they’re adding value or are ultimately just a commodity. It’s hard for me to avoid the conclusion that associates are largely being strung along by partners who are going to can them at some point, long after that decision is made.

Just a question for those here. What does anyone see as a job outlook for a pharmacy technician that has 15 years of experience and is studying for the CPhT? I would like to return to 100% remote work and, understandably, most job postings that are about my caliber are requiring the cert. I am thinking of possibly pivoting into an IT job that would be fully remote later on down the road, but I’m interested in seeing what is possible now (and an average pay) for someone with my experience.
