I'm very confused by the new RPM
I'm not unsatisfied with our system for downward reviews, but I do often get lazy doing my self evals or upward PM reviews
Generally satisfied, although could account for staffing randomness better (ie performance standards are the same whether you model or cold call, so penalizes people w/ bad allocations)
Highly unsatisfied. They are highly dependent on who you work with and comparisons are made with more senior people rather than the same year folks. Pro- you'll soon learn how to play them anywhere.
@zs1: haha, I haven't filled out self evals for 4 cycles now. I do fill the dots for the PM - he is a good guy :)
My grief is with the multiple black box layers of calibration.

Reviews at any company would be highly dependent on who you are working with... It's not unique to zs nor consulting in general. I disagree that we are compared to more senior ppl.
More senior people at the same level. I.e analyst of 2 years vs. analyst of 2 months. If you didn't - then you are lucky.
Echo Deloitte1, Very confusing. Not satisfied but based on comments here it seems to be satisfied is wishful thinking
